Shipping Policy

We guarantee fast and easy shipping.  In order to insure that you have a great shopping experience, we make sure that the shipment of your order is a hassle free process.  If you have any problems receiving your package, we will reship quickly at our expense.  Our shipping guarantee is in place so that you, the customer, will have nothing to worry about – except for making sure  you picking out the perfect outfit!! takes 2-4 business days to process & 3-5  business days in the (USA & Canada) OR 3-7  business day to( Europe Asia UK Australia Africa )after shipped to reach you..   Shipping Costs  Per Order::

we reserve right to ask for extra fee if your countries shipping to costs are higher than our standered shipping price,,

   $23.00 USD per order (if you buy 1 item or 10 items shipping price is the same)

  * We ship express by Fedex DHL and RoyalMail

Please allow up to 2-4 business days to process orders

After we email you your order will arrive in 3-7 DAYS depending on location.

Most orders are processing faster but we need the extra time to make sure we only ship the highest quality clothing and inspect each item carefully.

RETURN/REFUNDS:

A full refund of purchase (s) will be made when item (s) have been returned & are not damaged or show that they have been worn..  Also orders that have been canceled will not be refunded until item (s) have been returned back to us..  We will keep you updated through the return process till the refund (s) has been made.. Refund process can take anywhere between 3 weeks - 4 months (sometimes there are small issues if items are stuck in customs but rest assure you will be refunded...  We appreciate your patience through this process..

We offer credit only on item cost no shipping refund on returned item only on non delivery items if your order never arrives & when items are returned to us  ****

 

 

 Shipping Procedure:

  • All shipments are made via courier and are sent directly from our warehouse to your front door
  • After you place you will receive an email containing your  order confirmation number
  • The number allows you to find out approximately when you will receive your order
  • Its takes 2-5 business days to process the order and provide you with  #

  Tracking

  We will email you a shipment number that will allow you to follow the progress of your order. 

Returns

Returns must be notified with in 7 days after item (s) are received When received back to US we will issue refund for item price minus shipping..

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE ORDERING***  NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

**** NO UNDERWEAR, LINGERIE, BODYSUITS OR SWIMWEAR CANNOT  BE RETURNED **** .. If item (s) are damaged in any other way other than in shipping to you  & returned for damaged claims no credit  will be issued & items will be sent back to you plus a fee will be added ****
