ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED SHIPPED EXPRESS SHIPPING AT STANDARD PRICE MONDAY -FRIDAY (usually takes 2- 3 days to process) ..   ARRIVAL OF SHIPPING IS USUALLY 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS ***(  ADD 2 - 3 DAYS ON DELIVERY IF IT FALLS IN, AROUND OR DURING ANY HOLIDAY  OR SEASONAL HOLIDAY )***   PLEASE BE INFORMED WHEN PACKAGE (S) ARRIVES AT BORDER INSPECTION WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR ITEM (S) TO BE CLEARED TO CONTINUE ON TO SORTING & DELIVERY CENTERS IN YOUR COUNTRY OR CITY...  WE KEEP YOU IFORMED THROUGH OUT THE PROCESS FROM  MOMENT YOUR  ORDERED IS MADE & WE TRACK INFORM YOU WHEN ORDER IS IN YOUR CITY & OUT FOR DELIVERY.. 

 

Shipping Policies

Our Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3  business days for processing, once processed an order will be shipped. It will take 3-5 business days for delivery via EXPRESS Shipping,  3-5 business days in USA/ Canada & 3-5 ( Europe UK Asia ) business days for delivery via EXPRESS Shipping UPS OR DHL express .

Please note orders are not processed or picked up on the weekends. If an item is ordered between Friday after 5 PM to Sunday, it will not start processing until Monday.

If you are ordering a custom item, please keep in mind that shipping may take an additional 2 - 5 days for processing as they are custom ordered.

Business Hours: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 8 PM CST


Customs and Taxes:

Packages may be delayed due to unexpected circumstances such as random custom inspections, or other unknown reasons.
Customs, import taxes, tariffs and item seizures are the sole responsibility of the customers...

 

Unclaimed Orders:

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee or 15USD redelivery fee to cover postage costs.


Separate Packages:

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
 

 

Tracking:

Tracking numbers are updated Monday thru Friday at 10AM and 8PM CST. Tracking updates will be emailed upon availability and can be viewed at any time online in your customer account.

Notes:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be aware of our shipping policy prior to making your order. Shipping price includes tracking information and package insurance.


If it is being claimed that packages have not been received after the 5 business days disclaimer and estimated shipping time, the tracking number provided will be checked by us. If USPS has marked package as delivered, then we are not responsible.


Please be aware that International orders placed without a valid Phone Number could be retained at customs.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

 

Exchange Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and our website contains detailed size charts for every single item for your reference.

We are 100% sure that you will love your purchases. But in the unlikely event you have any issues with your order please email us via i cs_orders@sizzell.com within 48hrs of receiving your items for eligibility & conditions. 

We will provide you with an exchange or store credit for full priced items only where: items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
items have not been worn, damaged or washed; we are notified within 48 hours upon receipt; items are sent back to us within 7 days from the date of receipt; and are received by us within 14 days from the date of receipt. Note we only offer exchange or store credit. 

As you can understand for sanitary reason’s we are unable return/refund personal products such as Lingerie, Hosiery, Bodysuits & Swimwear.

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item in your order we sincerely apologise, we have strict quality assurance techniques to ensure this does not happen.

If this is the case simply send images of the incorrect/faulty items to cs_orders@sizzell.com and we will resolve the matter for you urgently. 

If you would like to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hrs of placing your order, because we are dedicated to getting your orders to you promptly we are unable to cancel the order outside of this time-frame as it may already be on its way to you.

Please Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes

Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit
*International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Keep in mind any discounted items are ineligible for return or exchange.
